Compact disc packaging

"Here's To Amsterdam" by The Bottles

Charlie Seymour, of SeymourMusic, asked me to help him put together the cover of his first compact disc release. We used QuarkXPress, FreeHand, and PhotoShop. I shopped the printing. Our friend Paulibus Schumann took the sunrise photographs of Charlie hoisting a mug, and sparring with a strange fellow on the beach.

Once again I helped Charlie assemble the packaging for a CD release, this time in color! Charlie handled most of the Quark work this time around. And PhotoShop was put to plenty good use on this one, enhancing color, setting mood, and even engraving type into a wooden frame. The cover images are by Dale Wilson and David Marcet; photography by Paulibus Schumann.
